We never really count on Pina Coladas, especially when it's mild. Just the thought of all the coconut milk and the juice curdling in our guts like quark with pineapple *. And then Chris Moore of Coupette creates the Champagne Pina Colada - two sizzling fingers that are raised everywhere to Poseurs by the pool. A kind of snowball for the summer, which is already faked in bars around the world.
